We might make this a thanksgiving tradition, but we'll see. At our zoo they give the animals pumpkins to eat or fill the pumpkins with meat for certain meat eaters. and they call the day Feed the Beast. We went thanksgiving morning and yes it was COLD, but the animals were just so darn cute! we got there just in time to see the baby and mommy elephant come out and smash their HUGE i mean HUGE pumpkin. it was so so cute and fun to watch.
I just love the giraffs! i honestly could sit there and watch them for hours.
