Weight Watcher recipes

So my baby weight is all gone, however i was my heavies when i found out i was pregnant, how "awesome" is that. so i am going back to my natural weight and just learning some tips on how to eat healthier. i am a chocolate girl, and i need at least a serving of chocolate a day and its hard when you are watching what you are eating, so i have found a few recipes that work well for me and fix my craving for the day. enjoy!

*plus i am sick at the moment and don't feel like eating "correctly" so i had to find something a little healthier but not. :) both recipes i have tried and ENJOY!

Chocolate Shake one point

Makes 4 servings, 1 cup each.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup skim milk
  • 1 pkg (4 serve) fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cup crushed ice

Instructions

Blend all ingredients 15 seconds at high speed in food processor or blender. Divide among 4 glasses.

Black Bean Brownies (2 WW Points each!)
1 box brownie mix
1 can (15 oz) black beans

Open the can of black beans, rinse well. With beans back in the can, add enough water to cover beans. Put in blender or food processor and puree. Add puree to brownie mix, and then bake according to package directions.

You DO NOT add the eggs or oil that the recipe calls for, JUST the black bean puree!

Makes 20 brownies-- 2 Weight Watcher Points each!

These are pretty rich and fudgy, they weren't "regular" brownies. They have lots of protein and fiber, too.
