Labor Day weekend start with picking up my mom and step dad from the air port. Brooklyn was excited and ran towards them, then all of a sudden got scared.
On our agenda for Saturday was to go to the Zoo and go out to dinner on behalf of Brooklyn's Birthday.
As we headed to the zoo, B decided to take grandma's glasses and wear them. She looks so funny. she was such a cool cat.
Even though it was a hot day and in the afternoon, Brooklyn did pretty good for the most part. She got a little cranky and wanted to be carried but for the majority of the time, she enjoyed the animals and grandma and grandpa.

The monkey's grandma and B were looking at were picking bugs out of each other hair, it was very interesting to watch, and they were so close.
Zuri is the new baby elephant, she is a year old so it was fun to watch her, move around like her mama. She was just so darn adorable. After the Zoo we headed home to open up some presents and get ready for dinner.
Brooklyn opened up some gifts from her Grandparents (Hellers): Coloring book, reading book, bracelets, snacks, hair pieces, and an outfit. From Grandparents (Colons): Aqua Doodle, Musical puzzle, Outfit, and their visit.
We went to Pei F Chang for Dinner, Yummy.
