Almost time!

Brooklyn was trying to show me how big her tummy is, she said she has 2 babies in there! What a ham.

Basically 38 weeks. Technically in that picture I am 37 5/7 pregnant. That doctors appointment was successful. Let me rewind.

Started going weekly:

35 5/7: 50% effaced and 0 Dilated

36 5/7 weeks: 50% effaced and 0 Dilated

37 5/7 weeks: 70% effaced and 2 cm Dilated.

Excited cause since i was dilated or my cervix was "favorable" we were able to talk induction or inducing dates. We were scared to have a Christmas baby, being due on the 22 and all. Not the fact that i would be in the hospital on Christmas, but in the future. I would hate to have our son's birthday over looked on Christmas or visa versa. I know Christmas is such an amazing holiday it would almost be a blessing to be born on the "date" we celebrate Christ's birth, but i wanted him to have his own special day. So back on track, our doctor was okay with scheduling a date to be induced. We decided on the 15th since i will be 39 weeks then. However, we have another Birthday on the 15th of December as well. So if all goes to plan he will be sharing his birthday with Grandpa Heller. ( Eric's dad) We are excited since it is a week from today we will be at the hospital! And thankful our dear friends will be watching Brooklyn for us. So many blessings are being placed in our lives, we couldn't ask for more.
