Stuffed Bell Peppers
Eric being the Frugal dad he is. Looked at my saving sites and found this recipe and decided to make it for lunch one afternoon. I am always in aww, when Eric can just look at a recipe and revise it and add or disregard some stuff and the food ends up coming out amazing. i really enjoyed them. I am a fan of bell peppers since i had Brooklyn.
