Just a little paint

 Painting is a normal activity in our house, Brooklyn is always entertained when she does it, but i guess when she is quiet to long you know something is up... We found her like this.

 As you can see she put on "lipstick" "blush" and "mascara"

I knew Brooklyn would of loved it...but Daddy too...

This was a nap time craft.  I saw it in a magazine, Family Fun, that i just had to do.  What a great idea and super cheap!

So i went to work as soon as i got some boxes. and this is how it turned out 45  minutes later.  Not as cute, i didn't have everything, but it was perfect! Brooklyn loved it, and so did her friend Ruby!

   I made the oven and under the sink doors open.    big mistake

 Why a big mistake you say....well daddy had a little to much fun with it.  He decided, as you can see to get inside.  And of course Brooklyn thought it was a great idea!

Father's Day

We started with Breakfast in the living room. Eric doesn't care to much for breakfast in bed so this is what he got, breakfast with his girls. Then Brooklyn presented him with his gift, more like throwing it.  We made daddy a picture frame of his girl.

Even though you are not my dad, i know if Brooklyn could talk she would want me to wish you a happy Father's day.  She loves everything you do for her, Movie time, baking and cuddle times.  She love and is very grateful to have you in her life as her father. 

As for my fathers and father in law, i am grateful to have such wonderful and hard working men in my life to show me such a great example.  

Sewing projects.

I have been leaning how to sew.. well leaning might not be the right word, i have been teaching myself. trial and error baby! i love every minute of it. it is such a stress relief. I have made a few baby burp clothes for a friends in AZ. Brooklyn a blanket, Brooklyn a dress i put together from an old one of mine, Head bands, and a crayon roll up. ( my favorite) . Here are a few pictures.
